fennel and orange [ blanched then grilled fennel, orange juice, olive oil, mint ]

[ mushrooms, pomegranate molasses, olive oil, garlic, salt ]

pork marinaded and grilled [ garlic, onion, salt, turmeric, cumin, coriander, lemon juice ]

caramel panna cotta, berries, citrus, caramel sauce
