The Cuisine of Mr. Cornell Collins









Best food of all I had in Germany came from the Kitchen of Mr. Cornell Collins. First of all an amazing spiced couscous with merguez sausages. A pastry bake stuffed with courgettes, cheese and anchovies. A lamb stew with sweet potato, black eyed peas, chicken gizzards and polenta. And a birthday cake. Lemon sour cream.

Amazing.
