Arepas... corn cakes. This batch were made up for poker night (at which I lost heavily but ate very well). The recipe is adapted from this one which comes from the famous arepa lady of Jackson Heights. In the cross cultural spirit of Jackson Heights, I used paneer instead of mozzarella, left out the sugar entirely, and added some sweetcorn.12.7.09
