Kim chi improv.

I based this recipe on this one here from David Lebovitz. I was too lazy to run to the shops for green onions, so I used a mix of green onion like things I had in the house or growing outside; green garlic, chives, and garlic scapes. Two days sitting out, and it should be good. The last batch passed the Korean Mammy test. Hope this batch does too.
