Anna's 40th

We had an amzing lunch for my lovely friend Anna's 40th this weekend at Hearth in the east village.


Beet salad with Asian pear, mache, pine nuts


Snapper crudo with red pepper, olive oil, and friend rosemary


Pork loin with pork belly, squash, lentils and apple


Fish was wrapped in prosciutto and served with brussels sprouts
