Pintxos, the world famous Basque tapas experience. Stacked morsels on bread, on sticks. K your sticks and pay at the end. It's genius. The waiter brings you drinks, you do the rest yourself. This place was just across the street from our hotel in Barcelona.

Prawns and mashed potatoes on the same piece of bread. Genius.
Cod with romesco. Sausages wrapped in bacon. Sausages with pimientos de padrón.
Like I said, they put the spud and the prawn together as one on a piece of bread.
